Shipping and Refund Policy
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unused
• Not damaged
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please place a new order after your return is approved.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly. Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase.
ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and are estimated at 2 to 6 business days within the United States.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
For delivery updates, delays, or carrier inquiries, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Amazing Natural Hair is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
In the event a package is returned to sender, customers will be refunded for the product only. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
Customers wishing to receive their order must place a new order with the correct shipping address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
NON RECEIVED PACKAGE POLICY
If an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but has not been received, customers must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.
Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for review, replacement, or refund.
Before contacting us, customers must:
• Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
• Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number
• File a missing package inquiry or claim with the carrier, when applicable
Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility for locating the package shifts to the customer and carrier.
We do not guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
