Shipping + Refund Policy
We accept EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT with in 7 days of delivery date EXCEPT personalized bonnets. You will be responsible for shipping costs and item must not be damaged, used or defective. Once we receive your item, your exchange of equal value will be sent to you.

We do not accept returns or refunds.
Cancellations: Since orders are processed quickly, cancellations are only accepted with in 1 hour of purchase.
When will I get my order?
Typically, it takes 1–3 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated 2-6 business days for USA orders.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If any questions regarding tracking and delivery, please contact USPS directly.
What if my package was sent to the wrong address?
If you submitted the incorrect address and it returned back to sender (Amazing Natural Hair), you will be responsible for the shipment fees to resend your package.
If you are no longer interested and would like to cancel your order, we will issue you a refund for the product only. You will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Please Note: Once your order is shipped, Amazing Natural Hair is no longer responsible or liable. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information.
